Course Description

This course addresses variations in nervous system status. The attendees will develop treatment strategies and practice extensive Kinesio Taping techniques to address a wide variety of issues encountered when treating patients with neurological diseases. Some examples include: CVA, CP, ALS, MD, MS, and TBI.

I further understand that I am responsible to determine my own physical and medical conditions, limitations, and sensitivities and my own physical and mental fitness, suitability, and capability to participate in the course. I expressly agree that all instruction and use of all facilities and equipment shall be undertaken at my own risk, andI represent that I am physically and medically able to undertake any and all instructions provided. I acknowledge that neither Kinesio University™ nor hosting facility will determine, nor will I hold Kinesio University or hosting facility liable to determine my physical and mental fitness,suitability, or capability at any time to participate in the course. I further understand that my participation in the course will require sound judgment at all times and I agree to exercise sound judgment throughout my participation int he course. Accordingly, I also release and agree not to sue or otherwise bring any action against Kinesio University™, hosting facility and their officers, directors, employees,agents and independent contracts from any and all loss, damage or injury to person or property that I may suffer as a result of my participation in the course and I assume all risks associated with my participation in the course.

As a result of attending these courses, I recognize that the Kinesio Taping® Method is a technique owned and taught solely by representatives selected by Kinesio University™. I undertake not to teach or share the contents learned in Kinesio Taping® courses without the specific and written permission from Kinesio University™. I understand it is necessary in order to protect Kinesio IP and developer of the technique and methodology. I also understand that the course content is not intended for use outside the scope of practice of my license or regulation.
