Russ is a private practice physical therapist, certified hand therapist, and owner of North Arm and Hand Center, the only private practice in teh region specializing in hand rehab, and North Start Rehab and Sports Medicine, providing sports medicine and acute orthopedic therapy. He has been a physical therapist for 31 years, focusing for teh last 16 years on upper extremity treatment. He became a Certified Hand Therapist in 1991. He is an active member of APTA as well as an active member of ASHT. Russ has presented case studies on Kinesio Taping and post-op Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in Tokyo, Japan at the International Symposium of Kinesio Taping in 2000. He has hosted therapists and physicians from Hong Kong while providing training in upper extremity testing, measurements and therapeutic programs. Russ also provides seminar training as a Certified Kinesio Taping Instructor.
