Randall is a graduate of Texas Woman's University and has been practicing since 1994. He presently works in a private practice in Baton Rouge, LA, where he primarily treats orthopaedic and sports injuries of the upper extremity. He is very active in the Louisiana Occupational Therapy Association, where he served as district chair, president-elect, and most recently a 2 year term as president. He is presently a member-partner of The Allwell Group, a continuing education company. He has taught courses on evaluation and treatment of the shoulder, been an instructor at the LSUHSC for Occupational Therapy in New Orleans in Fall 2001 teaching their sensory-motor lecture and lab, and since has provided guest lectures for the orthopaedic classes on biomechanics and arthokinematics of the shoulder. He has also provided numerous lectures for his state organization on UE evaluation and treatment, as well as community in-services.
