Cindy Bailey recently graduated with her Doctarate of Physical Therapy from teh Advanced Post Professional Clinical therapy program at USC. She has been an EMT since 1982, an ATC since 1983, and a Physical Therapist since 1985. Cindy's education also includes the Kaiser Permanente Orthopedic Fellowship Residency Program in 1992. She has been a faculty member in the Residency program since 1993. Other faculty appointments have included Pepperdine University Certified Athletic Training program, and the Mt. Saint Mary's Masters level Physical Therapy program. Cindy is currently a member of the clinical faculty at the Department of BioKinesiology and Physical Therapy at USC. Her current working environment is as the Director of Physical Therapy at USC/Orthopaedic Hospital. In addition, Cindy is in private practice, is the ATC for the USC Ice Hockey team, administrates an ATC high school outreach program, and lectures on various athletic and orthopaedic topics including orthopaedic intervention in patients with hemophilia. Cindy is a member of the APTA, NATA, and is a Certified Kinesio Taping Instructor.
