After 19 years as a professional singer/songwriter, Barbara Ann Humphrey traded in her music for a different healing modality of Massage Therapy. She graduated in 1995 as a Certified Massage Therapist from the Health Enrichment School of Therapeutic Massage, specializing in neck and shoulders. Barbara has continued her studies to include postural correction through Structural Integration, Trigger Point Therapy, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (Graston Technique), and most recently received her Instructor's certification in Kinesio Taping in 2005. Ms. Humphrey is co-owner of Heal Thyself & Company, a holistic muscle rehabilitation center, located in
